Close to My Hearts Rock The Block special

Good Morning,

The "Rock the Block" special is now in full swing and available to anyone who places a $25 order of ANY product, weather online or at a class so I thought it would be fun to share some artwork created with this set.

The special retails for $44.90 + shipping but right now it is available for only $15 and includes our NEW "Collage Cubes" and E-sized stamp set  "Rock the Block" which will not be available in the new Spring Idea book. It is such a fun set.

This first card is created using Tulip, Grey Wool and White Daisy, accented with the Silver GLITZ gel... I told you I had a serious addiction to this stuff. Enjoy! Tina

Another 3D item we will be making at the Cricut Wowie Workshop...

Good Morning Ladies,

Here is another one of the 3-D items we will be creating at the workshop. This gift box is a smaller version of the first one, and its decorated slightly different. All of the parts, including the tag are cut from the Art Philosophy cricut cartridge. So fun and SO easy. The Silver GLITZ Gel adds the perfect amount of bling to the cardstock as well. I am seriously addicted to this stuff!

Hey Everyone,

I hope you all had a fantastic Christmas and are looking forward to the new year. Can you believe its almost 2012. As my son turned 12 this year, I was remembering 12 Christmas's ago when we were all thinking about Y2K and wondering what would happen in the new year as we rolled into the year 2000..... it seems like it was so long ago.

Anyway... as we start looking forward to the new year I thought I would share another piece of artwork we will be creating at the Cricut 3D Wowie Fundraiser Workshop in January that is featuring the Roxy papers and the Art Philosophy cricut cartridge.

Feel free to email me if you have any questions. With a smile, Tina

Simplicity is beautiful!

Simplicity is beautiful.... created by my sweet friend Wendy Coffman.

This card was made using the stamps that come exclusively with the WONDERLAND Workshop on the Go Kit. She also added our Glitz Glitter Gel to the mittens to give them that magically wintery sparkle.... (yes, I know thats not a word, but it fits, don't you think). Enjoy! Tina

More Winter Wonderland fun... Pillow Box gift holder

Good Morning~

It's time for a bit more inspiration using the WONDERLAND Kit papers and stamps. This pillow box gift card or treat holder was created using the ART PHILOSOPHY Cricut cartridge by CTMH. This template is just one of the many templates found on this cartridge.

Last month I shared the mini gift bag using the BELIEVE kit and next month I have some special boxes created for a workshop in January... but more about that later... wink wink! Enjoy and as always, feel free to email me with any questions. With a smile- Tina

Walkin' in a Winter Wonderland... :0)

Good Morning everyone~
Today I wanted to share some artwork I created using the WONDERLAND Workshop on the Go Kit and the Cricut "Art Philosophy" Cartridge. I love, love, love not having to cut out all of these snowflakes by hand.... it makes life so much easier :)

The colors in this kit include Chocolate, Heavenly blue and Twilight.... so pretty together. And... this is one of the cards we will be creating at this month's Stamp Night. Enjoy!

Just a fun Christmas Card using the BELIEVE papers

Good Morning,

My sweet friend Wendy Coffman sent this card to me and I thought it was very creative. She used the BELIEVE papers, and then swiped our PEARL PAINT across the front of the whole card to give it a shimmery and festive feel. Her final touches included using the corner rounder on several of her square pieces of B&TP.  Her artwork always inspires me and I hope it inspires you too.

Tina

Believe Workshop on the Go Kit + the Cricut & Art Philosophy Cartridge

Good Morning,

Here are a couple of ideas for easy Christmas cards to create this season.
These 2 cards were made by my sweet friend Nancy Reding and both feature the Art Philosophy Cartridge for the Cricut.

On the first card, the ornament is cut out of Sky Blue Cardstock with the Cricut and makes the perfect accent to hold the Christmas Tree.

On the second card, the Christmas Stocking was cut out using the Cricut. This card actually features NO stamping as the words are from the Zip Strip in the Believe Level 2 Paper Pack. Quick, Simple and Fun.
With a smile,
Tina

Believe Layout #2 for you Scrapbookers!

Good Morning,

This is another one of the layouts my monthly club members will be creating in November. The kit is from Believe and features Tulip, Sweet Leaf and Sky colors. Believe Layouts for you Scrapbookers!

Good Morning~

I still have more items created from the BELIEVE paper pack to share...I told you I was having fun with this paper. And this time, I thought I should share some I share some scrapbook pages.

This is the first of three layouts my monthly scrap club members will make. Each month I create a 6-page scrapbooking kit (3 double page, 12x12 layouts) from one of our Level 2 Paper packs and coordinating My Stickease, along with accessories. I pre-cut all the materials and then we either create together as a group, or I ship out kits to my long distance clubbers.

The beauty of this club, is that members are creating at least 3 scrapbook pages a month to add photos too.... and that adds up to 36 double page layouts a year (or 72 pages!!).

Now for some of you, that might not be a lot, but for others, who are procrastinators.... that might be a ton! I just want everyone to get their photos off of their computer and into an album, and these kits help that to  happen.

To see past kits or to get more information AND inspiration, visit my Scrapbook Workshops blog. That is where I post all of the kits, and in more detail!!

Let me know if you have any questions or would like to receive these kits by mail.
With a smile, Tina

Believe Workshop on the Go Kit - Cricut Fun!

Good Morning~

In keeping with the theme... I thought I would share another item I made using the BELIEVE Level 2 Paper Pack. There is no stamping at all on this item... even the words around the top come right from the papers. Fast, Simple and Fun!

This little cutey was made using a 6x12 pices of B&TP, cut out by the Cricut.

The template for this bag is found on the ART PHILOSOPHY cartridge by CTMH.

After cutting it out, I simply added a border around the top, along with the Zip Strip from the B&TP and a big bow from our Sweet Leaf Ribbon. You could easily add a gift tag and fill this little guy up with all kinds of things. With a smile, Tina

Believe Workshop on the Go Kit - Card #2

Good Morning,

Today's card is another card everyone will be creating at my "Ladies Night Out" class. It too features the BELIEVE Workshop on the Go kit, but also incorporates the use of the Cricut.

The poinsettia was cut out using one of the flower images from the Art Philosophy Cartridge, in 4 different sizes. So simple to do, and such a nice 3-D effect.

I stamped every other flower, glittered one of the flowers, and curled the edges to give it this festive, and fun look. Please don't hesitate to email me if you have any questions.  Enjoy! Tina

It's officially here... at least in my mind. Halloween has come and gone and November marks the beginning of this wonderful time of year. I really really really do enjoy what this season brings, and I hope you guys do too. A lot of memories get made at this time each year, and I am here to help you create more, or remember those you have already made.

And... its cumulative. So, if you wanted to get a head start on some holiday gifts, you can get multiples of this set. And... to make it even more fun... almost every stamp in this set coordinates with a shape cut out with the NEW Art Philosophy cricut cartridge. How's that for Faster, Simpler and Easier. October Scrapbooking Club Layout #1: Featuring the DREAMIN' Kit

Good Morning,

For those of you in my monthly scrapbooking clubs, or my 6 page Scrapbooking Workshop kit club, here is one of the layouts featuring the DREAMIN' kit by CTMH. This layot also uses the Opaques Mocha Adhesive Gems. I love the way these look on my creations, and the ease of use.... simply adhere to your layout.

I also utilized the piercing tool a LOT to add a unique look to the edges and photo matte on this layouts. This process was easy using the Versamat as my guide. It will be even easier once I receive my new CTMH ruler. The reason this ruler is so great is that:

  1. It is clear
  2. It is 14 inches long (perfect for those 12x12 pages)
  3. Comes with guide holes for evenly spaced stitching
  4. Comes with a metal straight edge for craft knife cutting
  5. Has 1" grid marks on it
This has definitely become a "Must-Have" tool for me. As you can see on the layout, without the ruler, I was not able to get the holes pierced precisely even. What a difference that ruler will make... now I am stalking the Fed Ex truck, waiting for it's arrival. Hee hee hee! Enjoy- Tina

October Classes featuring the DREAMIN' Kit by CTMH

Hello everyone,

September is quickly coming to a close which means school has been in session long enough for most of us to adjusted to our new routines, and maybe some cooler weather. Well, to keep the summer cheerfulness at our fingertips, my monthly classes will be creating with the new DREAMIN' kit by CTMH. These papers are so pretty and bright in their fall tones, that I had a lot of fun with them. I hope you will too.

The card I am posting today will be one of the featured cards in my "Ladies Night Out Card Club" in October, and was created by my talented friend Wendy Coffman. Notice the border band on the card... so simple, and yet it add SO much. See you all in a couple of weeks!
