Okay, here are my last two cards to share from this fun kit. To see more ideas with this set, visit the CTMH Idea Book online. You can go through the book, page by page, just as if you were holding it in your hands. You can even Zoom in on any part of the page and really see things in detail. I love the CTMH does this for us. Enjoy your day everyone.
As promised, here are a few more cards made from the Mayberry Workshop on the Go kit. Again, paper pleating was the technique featured. Once pleated, if you sponge the edges with a little ink, it really makes the details of the pleating stand out. The bottom card also shows how versatile our new Canvas buttons are. You can stamp on them with any ink color or design to match your project. They come with adhesive on the back so you simply peel and stick to accent your artwork. Enjoy!
In May, my monthly card club ladies will be creating cards from the new Mayberry Workshop on the Go kit. I have to tell you it wasn't my favorite new kit to come out in this idea book, but after playing with it, I really love it. The colors (Smoothie, Honey, Garden Green and Cocoa) are so vibrant and warm. The stamp set that is included with the kit is so cute too. I love how each piece is separate so its very easy to color the leaves vs. the fruit.
Each one of these cards makes me feel cheery when I look at them. The technique featured on both of these cards is paper pleating. So easy, and with a little ink distressing, so fabulous. I will post a couple more in the next few days. Enjoy!
The sun is finally starting to come through on a regular basis and these two cards make me think of Spring and all the wonderful things that go with this season. Both cards were made by my friend Wendy Coffman and feature the Miracle Workshop on the Go kit. She also incorporated our new Green Buttons and the new bulk Sweet Leaf stitched ribbon. Enjoy your day!!
Today I wanted to share some fabulous artwork showcasing the "Hope for Japan" stamp set, created by my friend Karen Pederson. This set is available during the month of April for only $5 and 100% of the proceeds go to help Tsunami victims in Japan. You can check out the "Hope for Japan" set here.
