Is it really spring???

Good Morning~

Welcome to Spring... let's hope! After all of the snow we've had here in Salem this month, I hope Spring is officially here. I thought this was such a funny picture of the weather we have been experiencing. My daffodils are blooming... and my boys are building snow forts, all on the first day of spring break! Go figure. Studio J training day

Good Morning,

It's been a couple of months since I shared a Studio J online scrapbooking tips and tutorial video so today is the day. I know many of you purchased the Studio J Five-Packs last month on the special promotion so I wanted to inspire you to log into your Studio J account and start playing.
In this video, you will learn a couple of really cool tricks:

  1. How to change the color of only 1 piece of Cardstock or B&TP on your layout
  2. How to create your own B&TP using Stickease
As always, feel free to email me with any questions you might have.       With a smile, Tina

Tweet, Tweet! The Lucy Papers are oh so sweet!

Good Morning~
Check out this card created by my sweet friend Wendy Coffman. She focused solely on the Grey Wool and Creme Brulee colors of the Lucy kit to come up with this ingenious card. I loved it from the first moment I opened her package.
If you look closely, the birdie body is made from our bling buttons and the wings are made from clipping off one petal from the smallest creme brulee flowers in the Paradise Paper Flower pack. The background shapes are cut using the Art Philosophy Cricut cartrdige, and then heavily sanded using the sanding kit. As always, feel free to email me if you have any questions. With a smile- Tina

Lucy layout #2 for my scrappin' group~

Good Morning,

Here is the second layout my monthly scrappers will be creating with the Lucy papers and Glitter Rub-On's. I really enjoy this specific layout because you can showcase so many pictures on one layout if you like. The specific details of these pages can be found in our Imagine Scrapbooking Program. I love how easy Jeanette Lynton makes scrapbooking.

Lucy Card featuring the NEW Die-Cut Cards & Envelopes

Good Morning,

Today's post showcases the Lucy papers again, but also our new Colonial White Die-Cut Cards & Envelopes found on page 123 of Spring/Summer Idea Book. They are one of those hidden little gems that aren't easily noticed right away, but are so cute. There is a white set too, but those were released in the last idea book. Enjoy this card created by my dear friend Nancy Reding.

Cute Lucy Scrapbook pages

Good Morning.... Oh, the cute little girl pictures I can see all over these layouts. Surely there will be a sweet little baby girl born into our family to fill such pretty, feminine pages. Like I mentioned yesterday, my little sister got married on Leap Day so perhaps there will be a niece in my future!!

One of the fun things about the Lucy kit is that the My Complements are glitter rub-ons. If you  look closely you will see them sparkle, along with the teeny tiny bling I added. I also highlighted the journaling pieces with the new Paradise Paper Flowers in Creme Brulee. And, in case any of you were wondering, the colors used in the Lucy Kit are Cotton Candy, Creme Brulee, Blush and Sweet Leaf.

Enjou! Tina

This is the month we are playing with the new LUCY papers!

Hey everyone,
WOW, where has the time gone. I just noticed it has been about 3 weeks since my last post.... I can't believe it has been that long, although in another sense, I can. We've had 3 fundraisers going on at my house for two of my four boys and my little sister got married on February 29th. The wedding was awesome and we had such a great time. Now, to try and catch up a little before Zach's baseball tournament this weekend.

So as the title of this post said, March is the month we are focusing on the new LUCY kit and papers. I also carried over the "Finger painting" theme from last month and had fun with the Pearl paint

Being a mom of only boys means I usually shy away from these papers, however, I had a blast creating with these. I hope you enjoy all the artwork as much as I enjoyed creating it. As always, feel free to email me if you have any questions.  With a smile- Tina

Finger painting with Pearl Paint

Good Morning,
Today's card is very similar to the other Pemberley cards I have shared but it really shows the pearl paint that I applied to the focal point of the card. I stamped the flower in Staz-On ink and then colored it in using the water brush. Once it was completely dried, I dabbed on a little Pearl Paint, using just my fingers. It was fast, fun and easy.

Let me know if you have any questions,
Tina :)
