Next month kicks off the start of the camping season here in Oregon... which means lots of other fun summertime activities will begin as well. I don't know about you guys, but for me, summertime is one of my slowest times for getting my pictures in an album. I am all about the sunshine and fun outdoors so I tend to neglect, (ahem! did I really just say that???) my scrapbooking. To help myself out though, I have already created 6 pages just for summertime photos. Getting these done ahead of time not only helps me to keep on track, but also free's up my time to play with my kiddos in the sunshine. So with all that said, I wanted to start sharing some of my creations.
This layout I am sharing today is Layout #1 in my 6 page Scrapbook Kit featuring the Timberline Papers and Complements. The colors used in these papers are: Ponderosa Pine, Bamboo, Lagoon, Chocolate, and Colonial White. The wood grain BTP add's so much to the layout... makes for a fast and easy layout that holds five 4x6 photos.
I did use the Catch You Later stamp set to add another layer of fun to the layout. I stamped the image two times... one in cocoa and then again in Ponderosa Pine and cut out the fish. The final accents came with the Wood Grain Washi Tape to tie it all together and bring a cohesiveness to the photos. Watch for the rest of this 6-Page kit throughout this week. If you can't wait and want to get your own set of pages now, just visit my scrapbook kit blog.
With a smile, Tina
