December Stamp of the Month Blog Hop: Cutie Pie

Welcome to our December Stamp of the Month Blog Hop!

This month we will be showing you tons of fun papercrafting ideas using the December Stamp of the Month, "Cutie Pie" This set is  a blast to play with, especially if you like coloring.... and what girl doesn't enjoy a little laid back time, coloring with markers. I know I have become quite addicted to it.

If you have come here from Cat Nowak's Blog, you are on the right path! The blog hop is a great big circle of about 65 consultants. You can start here and work your way all around.
For this card I chose to work with the Brushed paper pack, just like I did for last months Stamp of the Month card. I also wanted to add some shimmer by using the Pink Glitter paper and the Adventure Paper Fundamentals pack. I chose the Hollyhock sheet from that pack.
Here is a little close up. I used 4 different marker colors in all. To create the polka dots on the cupcake I used the Colorless Blender marker after the top was colored pink and it removed the color. It is a must have item when coloring with Alcohol Markers because of its ability to erase ink.

Lastly, here is a picture of all 11 stamps that come in this set. So much creativity waiting to happen.

Now hop on over to Lilian Yeh's Blog to see what she has created with this fun set.

Tina

Christmas Countdown with Deflecto Wet Erase Signs and Chalk Markers

Hi Everyone,

Today I have a quick and simple project to share with you. I created a fun "Countdown to Christmas" sign for my boys this year using the Deflecto Wet Erase Sign and Chalk Markers I received.  This is w hat one of the Wet Erase signs looked like. It was my favorite because the black sign part comes in and out for decorating and is double sided as well.

For my project, I used the Chalk Markers to create the countdown part of the display, along with some sparkles. Then, for added pizazz, I mounted one of the 3" x 4" Picture My Life cards from the Pear and Partridge kit to one side of the wood frame. Add a little glitter and a bow and wah-lah... instant fun for the boys.

I love how fast easy this all came together and I know my boys will have fun with it.

As you can see from my sign, the chalk markers come in more than just white... so much fun!
Check out all the great products that Deflecto carries for your Holiday crafting.
With a smile,
Tina

November Stamp of the Month Cards

Good Morning,

Now that I have shared a TON of Studio J inspiration with you I have decided to change gears and share some artwork created with this months Stamp of the Month, "It's The Little Things."

These stamp sets are such a nice add on to any $50 order, and do make nice gifts as well.

My friend Nancy Reding created this card for me and she used 3 of our brand new colors: Canary, Pixie and Glacier, along with paper from the new Brushed paper pack.

It's finished off with some sparkles and doodling around the leaves and wah-lah, a quick and easy card. Thank you so much for sharing it with me Nancy!!

Journal Directly Onto Your Photos in Studio J

Good Morning,

I hope you are not tired of seeing all of these studio J layouts... I've been enjoying sharing them.
For today's layouts I wanted you to notice all the little details that this program allows you to add. From embellishments, to journaling to stickers and more... click click click, and save.

On this layout, I wanted you to notice how I added both a sticker and my own journaling to the 7x12 photo well. I love the look it gives my layout and only took me a few minutes to accomplish.

For the journaling, I added a text box and set the background to transparent. Wah-lah, journaling right on my photo. You should try it too. Go ahead and hop on over to my website and log into Studio J to check it out.

Artfully Sent Cricut Cartridge Blog Hop

Welcome to another Artfully Sent Cricut Cartridge Blog Hop!   We will be featuring Close To My Heart's newest Cricut Cartridge: Artfully Sent.

If you have come here from Jen Patrick's blog, you are on the right path! The blog hop is a great big circle, so you can start here and work your way all around.

This month we have 46 Close To My Heart Consultants sharing their creations using this Cricut cartridge and other great CTMH products on their blogs. Be sure to hop through and get some great ideas.

For my creation I chose to create a Sentiment card using Lagoon and Pear Cardstock. I accented the card with paper from both our green and blue glitter paper packs (remember how much I love this paper), and then finished it off with a little stamping using the "You're Own Kind of Wonderful" stamp set.

Now hop on over to Judy Faye Garner's Blog to see what she came up.

Large Photos are a Cinch with Studio J

Good Morning,

More Studio J inspiration to share with you today.

One of the things I really love about this program is that you can create a large focal point photo on your page that you might not normally create. I mean, a lot of times we don't take the time to have an 8x10 or 7x12 layout printed at a photo printing store. Why? Time and cost right? Well with Studio J, again, it's simply drag and drop and the program automatically fills the photo well.

Look at the layouts below and see how these large images really add some WOW to your scrapbooking.

This is one of my all time favorite layouts just because of the large photo of my sweet boy. It melts my heart EVERY time I look at it. See... Studio J rocks!

Look at These Studio J Layouts.... So Easy!

Good Morning,

I am hoping to inspire you to try the Studio J Online Scrapbooking program by sharing some more layouts I have created. This is seriously my favorite way to scrapbook to catch up on my photos. Not only is it fast and simple, it looks great too!

These layouts feature an older, retired paper pack... but guess what... its NOT retired online. Yep! Some of your favorite paper packs that are no longer available for purchase can still be used in Studio J.

Studio J Layouts I have Created... Let Me Show You How Cool It Is...

Good Morning,

So yesterday I told you about the awesome Studio J promotion that CTMH is offering this month, and today I want to show you some of the layouts I have created with this program.

A few things I want to make note of:
1. The program is very easy and intuitive to use... a basic "Drag and Drop" program that automatically resizes your photos to fit in the photo well... from large 8x12 photos to small 2x2 photos... and it turns out awesome!

2. The paper packs and layout combinations are all pre-loaded so again, a few clicks and you can choose what paper pack you want to use and what  layout style.... (LOTS of these).

3. Look at the embellishments... again, these are drag and drop, and a click changes the color or the size... so easy!

I would love to hear your feedback!
And again, if you haven't tried Studio J, create a free account today, just to see. :)
With a smile~ Tina
